SANSZ Mentoring Programme

The mission of Sansz Hair Studio

Sansz Hair Studio Its mission goes beyond the traditional concept of a salon: it has established a value-creating professional programme based on social responsibility, with the aim of providing genuine opportunities for hairdressers starting out on their careers.

The Sansz Programme supports recent graduates who possess talent and dedication but, due to a lack of financial resources, family support or professional networks, are unable to take the first – and most difficult – steps towards an independent career. Participation in the programme is free of charge, and participants also receive financial support during the mentoring period, allowing them to devote their full attention to their professional development and to laying a solid foundation for their careers.

The comprehensive mentoring system provides professional training, business skills development, practical experience and a secure platform from which to start — everything needed to build a sustainable and successful career as a hairdresser.

We believe that opportunity is not a privilege, but a possibility that must be created.

The role of our guests and their social responsibility

When our prospective guests choose Sansz Hair Studio, they are in fact supporting a cause — and becoming part of a commitment to social responsibility. With every booking and every service you use, you are making a tangible contribution to ensuring that a talented young person from a disadvantaged background does not give up on their dreams. Your trust creates the stable professional and financial foundation without which these young people starting out would be unable to launch their own careers. This is where beauty and building the future come together. A hairstyle is created — and, in the process, a life path takes shape. Our guests are not merely supporters, but active participants in a responsible, value-creating community.

Through their decision, they are giving independence, confidence and opportunity to those who need it most — and in doing so, they are making a tangible contribution to the well-being and success of a young professional. Choosing Sansz Hair Studio is not merely a choice of salon. It is a conscious commitment to social responsibility — and the creation of a genuine opportunity.

Chance – Opportunity – Prospect

Why do we work with young people in our mentoring programme?

The core philosophy of Sansz Hair Studio is to create opportunities.

We believe that talent is everywhere — but opportunity is not always.

Our young hairdressers on the mentoring programme are newly qualified, dedicated professionals who are deepening their professional knowledge with ongoing support and guidance. At Sansz, they don’t work alone: experienced mentors are there to support them every step of the way.

This system ensures that professional standards are not compromised, but are strengthened.

The work is deliberate, well-considered and supervised, and progress is continuous.

As a guest, this means that:

  1. you’ll receive a meticulous and precise service,
  2. you experience genuine presence and care,
  3. and you are part of a service where quality and responsibility go hand in hand.

For the young people in the programme, Sansz is a safe starting point.

And for you, it’s a place where you can feel confident in putting yourself in the hands of a professionally qualified team that’s keen to develop.

Because we believe that the professionals of the future will only be truly good if they are given a chance — and if we place our trust in them.

Applying for the Sansz Programme

(for young people starting their careers)

If, as a budding hairdresser, you feel you have the talent, the determination and the dream of a stable, successful career, then the Sansz Programme could be a genuine, life-changing opportunity for you.

This isn’t just mentoring.
This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a safe, supportive environment, free of charge, whilst also receiving financial support to help you get started during the programme. It’s a level of support that many people don’t have access to — but here, we provide it to those who can truly make the most of it.

The programme has limited capacity, so we can only offer places to a few young people at a time. During the selection process, it is not your circumstances that matter, but your motivation, perseverance and professional humility. We would like to get to know your goals, your dreams and the strength on which a successful career can be built during a personal interview.

We are not just looking for talent — but for commitment, a sense of responsibility and the inner strength on which a secure future can be built.

Being accepted onto the Sansz Programme is not just a step forward in one’s career, but also a mark of great trust and a significant responsibility.

If you feel you’re ready to prove yourself, and this opportunity would genuinely make a difference to your life, we look forward to receiving your application.
